Common Ac Repair Questions in Florence, OR

Why is my AC running but not actually cooling the house?+

A full diagnostic checks all three before we touch the refrigerant charge.

Is ice on my AC unit a serious problem?+

Turn the system off, set the fan to run, and call — running a frozen coil makes the underlying problem worse.

How much refrigerant does my system actually need?+

Every system has a manufacturer-specified charge amount — we don't top off blind, we charge to spec using superheat/subcooling readings.

Can you service older R-22 systems?+

We carry recovery equipment rated for legacy refrigerants.

Do you work on ductless mini-split systems?+

Yes — indoor head units, outdoor condensers, and line sets all fall under our service scope.

How fast can someone reach Florence during peak summer demand?+

We prioritize no-cool calls with vulnerable occupants when scheduling.
